<p>9 row: we tie a ruffle in the shape of cloves: we type 4 ch, we return along the chain from ch-sc to the second loop from the hook, the floor is a column, dc. Next, skip 1 sc on the dress and knit 2 sc (1 sc in each loop of the previous row), put back a chain of 4 ch and knit according to the pattern to the end of the row.</p>
